Second Shift Production Workers
MaxPax is seeking energetic and dedicated Production Workers at its Walworth, WI facility during its second shift of operations. The Production Worker will perform assembly & packaging work in a manufacturing and assembly environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
MaxPax offers a competitive wage and benefits package. Starting wage is $7.75/hour.

Job Title: Production Worker
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Status: Hourly
Department: Manufacturing
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4PM-2AM. Overtime as needed. Some weekends may also be required.
Summary of duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform all tasks involved in the production of MaxPax's products. This includes assembly, filling, labeling, packaging, etc. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Primary duties and
Responsibilities:
Work on an assembly line - assembling the materials to produce products from raw material
Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
Physical environment/working conditions: The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The position may involve some heavy lifting - must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Experience:
An ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity
Quality orientation and attention to detail.
Strong team player.
Safe work environments.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Other: Must be able to work as part of a team.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
