Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Reports To: Operations Manager
Status: Hourly
Department: Manufacturing
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Managing daily workflow, including warehousing transactions, shipping, receiving and storage of all products and equipment moving through the facility
Supporting and sustaining a positive workplace culture built on high-performance, common goals, and respect and dignity for all employees, vendors, and clients.
Perform all essential inventory transaction including picking, put-away, transferring and cycle counting.
Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
Second shift work hours
Education and
Experience:
Minimum of a high school education and one year of factory related experience in shipping and receiving.
Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in fast-paced environments shipping multiple millions of dollars of inventory annually across a wide range of SKU's a plus.
Demonstrated ability to identify issues, formulate appropriate action plans, and execute to plan with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work and communicate with teams and individuals to accomplish goals and improve the operations on a daily basis.
Skill in managing day-to-day issues while keeping the big picture of the organization's broad corporate goals in mind
Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a 30-day time span and prepare action plans to achieve results.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
An ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong team player.
Manufacturing systems literacy
Physical Demands:
Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
Work Environment:
Work performed in a combination of shop and office environments.
Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
