Job Duties: This position reports to Building/Grounds Supervisor in Facilities Planning & Management and is a working supervisory position for approximately 30% of their work shift. The primary responsibility of the Custodial Services Supervisor is to provide leadership in, and perform as instructed, all aspects of custodial operations for the Williams Center/Kachel Field House, Lawcon and Visitor Center Buildings. The work shift hours are 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday through Thursday. All duties performed in accordance with FP&M; beliefs and values.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of the methods, supplies and equipment involved in a comprehensive housekeeping operation including commercial or university environments.
Extensive experience in personnel management, utilizing tools of effective supervision, leadership, coaching and mentoring.
Experience in interpersonal relations at all levels, and in developing a cohesive work unit, including planning/prioritizing to realize shared departmental and organizational goals.
Solid understanding of customer service with a demonstrated capability to identify/meet customers' needs and expectations.
Interest and aptitude for identifying opportunities for improvement and successfully implementing change.
Knowledge and experience in complying with safety and health regulations and standards.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated aptitudes or practical skill with computing systems and applications.
Physical ability to perform sustained rigorous activity as needed (ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.).
A valid driver's license is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
