This role is a liaison between sales/quoting and engineeringthus speed and accuracy is extremely important. Responsibilities
- Take concepts from sales department and create mock-ups quickly and efficiently in AutoCad for the prospective customer
- Do minor calculations to make sure design is physically feasible
- Occasionally speak with vendors
- Routinely interact with sales and engineering
Requirements
- AutoCad 2D Design experience, prefer 2 years, but might consider new grad
- Must have great mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently
- Prefer at least an AA Degree, but not required
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills - Word & ExcelEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
