Leads the design practice by motivating and inspiring a team of designers to do their best. Ensures that all customers are served with superior design that exceeds customer expectation.
Details
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of designers by inspiring them and mentoring them to reach maximum potential and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage design assignments and design deliverables.
- Ensure State of the Art and contemporary design styles are employed.
- Build cross functional relationships with Engineering, Marketing, Sales team and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Support outside sales and design resources with appropriate sales design tools.
- Develop and manage Design Department budget.
- Continually update and maintain an exceptional level of Product Knowledge.
- Assist in reaching overall company profitability goals.
