Quality Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Performs internal audits. Addresses non-conformities from previous internal and external audits. Conducts a Management Reviews of the quality system Follows up and closes pending Preventive and Corrective Action Requests. Ensures that organizational systems and training are in place. Responsible for ISO implementation and auditing. Ensures that documentation and design controls are appropriate for organization. Administers document control and configuration management system Oversees the calibration and testing program Assists the management team and provides QA support as necessary Responsible for AIAG PPAPs, including PFMEA, control plans and warrant generation. Responsible for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Quality or Engineering and at least five years of experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word or similar software packages. Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment. Familiarity with job shop manufacturing a plus. COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle objects; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. SAFETY Learns and complies with all company safety rules. Uses appropriate safety equipment at all times. Immediately reports all unsafe conditions to supervisors. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Quality ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
